(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.K.Seetha Ram, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4.

2. Learned State Government Pleader submits that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy. It is further submitted that earlier, notice was issued and the same was set aside and the Corporation was given liberty to issue fresh notice.
