Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the right of the Petitioner to take up the matter with the Greater Chennai Corporation to identify the proper steps for re-locating the water tank and if the Petitioner is still aggrieved, work out the legal remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. 2.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. No costs.
