ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time for a period of six months to complete the investigation and to file a final report as per the direction given by this Court on 06.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.20772 of 2024.

2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that nature of the crime registered under Section 5 of TNPID Act, 1999, several depositors were involved in this case and investigation to be proceeded to identify the various properties of the accused.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is inclined to extend the time as sought for by the petitioners. 28.08.2025 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order pam
