This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.28 of 2025 pending on the file of the respondent police.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant/petitioner, a case in crime No.28 of 2025 for the offences under Sections under sections 191(2),191(3), 296(b), 351(2), 324(2) of BNS has been registered. After investigation, final report has been filed in E.Filing No.LTN 20220001953 C 202500562-CC before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Villupuram on 05.02.2025 and the same is yet to be numbered. 2/4
