Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 03.10.2022 and the remainder dated 01.11.2022 seeking for revocation of suspension dated 29.07.2022 in the light of G.O. Ms No.81, Human Resources Management (M) Department, dated 04.08.2022.

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition has been taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 1/4

2. Mr.T. Chezhiyan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents.

3. This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 03.10.2022 seeking for revocation of her suspension order dated 29.07.2022 in the light of the G.O. Ms. No.81, Human Resources Management (M) Department, dated 04.08.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. The petitioner has been suspended from service on 29.07.2022. She has given a representation on 03.10.2022 seeking for revocation of her suspension in the light of G.O. Ms. No.81, Human Resources Management (M) Department, dated 04.08.2022. Since the representation has not been considered, till date, she has filed this writ petition.

5. Heard Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T. Chezhiyan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

6. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra seeking for revocation of her suspension in the light of the G.O. Ms. No.81, Human Resources 2/4

Management (M) Department, dated 04.08.2022 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

7. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 03.10.2022 seeking for revocation of her suspension dated 29.07.2022 in the light of the G.O. Ms. No.81, Human Resources Management (M) Department, dated 04.08.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

8. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
