The Petitioner had made an application for grant of licence to conduct business in Home Appliances Sales and Service in Shop No. 13/184, III Main Road, Natesan Nagar, Virugambakkam, Chennai - 600092, to the Respondents, but as no orders have been passed thereon, this Writ Petition has been filed. 3.
Learned Counsel for the Respondents has produced a copy of Order in Ma. A. 10. Va. Pe. Na. Ka. No. R4/6970.2/2022 dated 09.11.2022 sent by the Respondents to the Petitioner requiring him to submit certain documents/particulars and it is stated by Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner would comply with the same within the stipulated time limit. In the event of not being satisfied with the requirements thereafter, an enquiry 2/5

It is made clear that if the Petitioner still has any grievance thereafter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. 4.
Since it is represented that the said business premises of the Petitioner has been sealed on 20.10.2022 for not having required trade licence and Learned Counsel for the Petitioner makes a fervent plea that the Petitioner may be permitted in the meanwhile to remove all his belongings and other articles from there, it is made clear that the Respondents shall do the needful if any written requisition is made by the Petitioner in that regard. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 16.11.2022 Maya Index: Yes/No 3/5
