(Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.) Petitioner is the mother of the detenu, namely, Kariyan @ Vijay @ Viji, S/o.Murugan, aged 22 years, who has been branded as "Goonda" under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of the second respondent passed in S.C. No.14/2019 dated 27.09.2019. Such order is under challenge herein. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed by the second respondent as against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the son of the petitioner dated 27.09.2019 has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.4917, dated 29.11.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.

3.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, as it has become infructuous.
