This petition has been filed to amend the Court name as the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Dharmapuri instead of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram in Crl.O.P.No.22902 of 2022 and Crl.M.P.Nos.14700 of 2022 and 14701 of 2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petitions and the order copy in Crl.M.P.No.14700 and 14701 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22902 of 2022, dated 23.09.2022 and issue fresh order copy.
