These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 451 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent in the above civil revision petition, to set aside the abatement on account of the death of the first respondent and to bring the respondents 2 to 7 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent.

Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Though notice was served, no one appeared on behalf of the respondents before this Court in person or through pleader.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered. 4.

The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
