ORDER

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition has been taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Mr.N. Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the 1st respondent and Mr.C. Sathish, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the 2nd and 4th respondents.

3. This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief.

4. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of her statutory appeal, dated 08.09.2021 pending before the 3rd respondent.

5. The petitioner is aggrieved by the punishment imposed on her under which stoppage of increment has been imposed. The petitioner has filed the statutory appeal before the 3rd respondent on 08.09.2021.

6. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the respondents to pass final orders on the petitioner's statutory appeal, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

7. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's statutory appeal, dated 08.09.2021 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

8. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
