K.KUMARESH BABU, J Seeking leave to sue the fifth respondent/fifth defendant, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff would submit that the substantial cause of action had arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court and except the fifth respondent/fifth defendant, whose place of business is in Haryana, which is outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, all other respondents are residing within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and since the substantial cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court and also taking note of the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
