Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's name and to issue the order for disposal of the Waste paper by considering the tender since the petitioner is the highest bidder.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent would submits that this writ petition was filed for issuance of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's name and to issue the order for disposal of the Waste paper by considering the tender since the petitioner is the highest bidder. According to the 1st respondent, now the tender is confirmed in favour of the 2nd respondent and the entire work has been executed by the 2nd respondent. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and there is nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
