ORDER

The defendant in the suit for declaration and recovery of possession has come up with the present revision petition seeking Page No.1 of 4

expeditious disposal of the said suit in O.S.No.243 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Kanchipuram.

2. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the present revision seeking early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.243 of 2024 has been filed by the petitioner on the ground of his advanced age and also failing health condition.

4. In the light of the above and also considering that the petitioner is a senior citizen, aged about 72 years, this Court directs the learned Principal District Judge, Kanchipuram to expedite the trial in O.S.No.243 of 2024 pending on its file and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law on or before 31.12.2025, after hearing the parties. 5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
