ORDER

The present revision has been filed by the defendant seeking expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.153 of 2024 filed for a relief of permanent injunction, pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sriperumbudur.

2. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the present revision seeking early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.153 of 2024 has been filed by the petitioner on the ground of his advanced age and also failing health condition.

4. In the light of the above and also considering the fact that the petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 72 years, this Court directs the District Munsif Court, Sriperumbudur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.153 of 2024 finally on merits and in accordance with law on or before 31.12.2025, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
