ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a Certiorarified Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2024 1/4

within time limit fixed by this Court and to take necessary action against the District Registrar of Salem West.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The petitioner has invoked the extraordinary jurisdiction of Article 226 of the Constitution of India to punish the District Registrar of Salem West, alleging fraud and collusion against him by the District Registrar in the discharge of his official duty.

4. A perusal of the affidavit does not give any instance of a fraud or collusion on the part of the District Registrar who has not even been made a party to the writ petition. The allegations are that the petitioner and her husband were made to pay charges for collecting the list of Authorities and stating that though the order had been passed on 11.09.2023, charges were collected on 14.09.2023.

5. The petitioner has filed this frivolous writ petition seeking action against a party who has not even been made a party to the proceedings and 2/4

that to without mentioning any grave charges against the said Officer.

6. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
