ORDER

The writ petition is pending from the year 2017. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner already died. However, till today, no steps have been taken to bring the legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner. Only today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to bring the legal heirs of the deceased.

2. Under the above said circumstance, the writ petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. The legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
