PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant the members of the petitioner association, revised pay scales, arrears, promotion, placement in Senior Scale/Selection Grade, provident fund and all other benefits on par with Government College Teachers in the State as per G.O.Ms.No.111 dated 24.3.1999 read with G.O.Ms.No.68 dated 06.3.2000 and the UGC Scheme for career advancement with all attendant benefits.
