This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to implead the proposed respondent as 6th respondent in the above Writ Petition.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner would submit that as the proposed 6th respondent is now operating the illegal outlet, it is a necessary party to be impleaded in this Writ Petition for enabling the petitioner to obtain final orders binding on all the parties. Hence, he has filed the above petition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed. The proposed party is impleaded as 6th respondent in the above Writ Petition.

5. Issue notice to the newly added party viz., 6th respondent returnable by 12.12.2022. Private notice is also permitted.

6. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 12.12.2022.
