This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the prayer in the above Writ Petition as "to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ, Order or direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus direction directing the respondents 1 to 4 to de-energize the 6th respondent Fuel retail outlet situate at No.37, Keelavanjore Village, Karaikal-Nagore Road, Karaikal District, Puducherry State" Instead of "to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ, Order or direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus direction directing the respondents 1 to 4 to de-energize the 5th respondent Fuel retail outlet situate at No.37, Keelavanjore Village, Karaikal-Nagore Road, Karaikal District, Puducherry State"

Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, to amend the prayer in the above Petition is allowed and the petition is ordered.
