2. Though notice served on respondents 2, 4 and 6 and their names appear in the list, there is no representation. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 1st respondent.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 474 days in filing above CMA is condoned.

5. It is made clear that petitioner/claimant is not entitled to claim interest for the delay period of 474 days on the enhanced award amount in the event of his success in the appeal.q

6. Registry is directed to print the name of M/s.P.M.Duraiswamy, learned counsel for the 1st respondent at the time of admission. nr 27.03.2025 Note:Registry is directed to number the CMA and list it for admission, if it is otherwise in order.
