4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 474 days in filing above CMA is condoned.
5. It is made clear that petitioner/claimant is not entitled to claim interest for the delay period of 474 days on the enhanced award amount in the event of his success in the appeal.q
