This application is filed to grant leave to the Applicant to recall P.W.1 for marking as Exhibits the photocopy of the Power of Attorney dated 26.08.2015 issued in favour of Mrs. Sarika Gandhi and the news paper cutting enclosed to Ex.P4. (iii) A.No.6245 of 2023:

This application is filed to grant leave to the Applicant to mark as exhibits the photocopy of the Power of Attorney dated 26.08.2015 issued in favour of Mrs. Sarika Gandhi as secondary evidence in lieu of original document. 2.Heard both sides. The learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any serious objection in allowing these applications 3.Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed.

4. Post the matter on 01.12.2023 before the Additional Master-IV for recording of evidence.

5. The learned Additional Master is hereby directed to complete the entire proceedings within a period of three months.
