O R D E R

The main grievance of the writ petitioner is that he is a tenant under the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent's property is an assigned land under the Depressed Class Land Act, 1982. As per the said Act, the allottee should not alienate or encumber the assigned land under the said Act for a minimum period of 10 years and thereafter also if the allottee intends to alienate such alienation should be made only in favour of a person who belongs to Adi Dravida Dalit Community and not a person belong to any other religion.

Further the learned counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that the fourth respondent is not belongs to the Adi Dravida Dalit community and the purchase of such property by the fourth respondent is not valid and hence the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents 1 to 3, which has not been considered and hence the writ petitioner is before this Court.

between the landlord viz. the fourth respondent and the tenant the petitioner herein and in order to wreck vengeance, the tenant has approached this Court, who has no locus standi to question the title of the fourth respondent. This Court is not inclined to entertain this type of writ petition. In view of the above this writ petition stands dismissed with cost of Rs.10,000/-.
