ORDER
The writ petition is filed by the Petitioner Association seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to issue directions to all the Police Stations in the State of Tamil Nadu to strictly implement and comply with the Government Order G.O.(D.)No.207, Labour Welfare and Skill Development (K2) Department, dated 08.05.2025.

2.The petitioners are the members of the various hotels. According to them, the Government has passed an order permitting all shops and establishments to keep open for 24x7. However, the Police have disturbing their businesses.
3.It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Police not even aware of passing of the Government Order. Therefore, seeks a direction.
4.At the outset, this Court is of the view that the writ petition filed by the Association for a positive direction cannot be maintained. Whenever any specific instances are brought by the member can be considered. However, it is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Police are not aware of the Government Order issued in this regard. Hence seeks direction. In view of the same, the respondents 1 and 2 to ensure that the Government order has been properly communicated to the Police Officials in the State and same is followed properly.
