This writ petition has been filed to call for the records of the respondent in his proceedings dated 18.09.2024 insofar as it does not include the petitioner's name in the selection list and to quash the same and seeking for a consequential direction to the respondent to include the name of the petitioner in the selection list under MBC category for the Post of Primary School teacher pursuant to the notification dated 20.10.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the very same notification dated 20.10.2023 is a subject matter of challenge before the Central Administrative Tribunal in a batch of Original Applications. In view of the same, the present writ petition is not maintainable before this Court. It is left open to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal and file a fresh application.

3.Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No Costs.
