This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that some typographical error has been crept in Paragraph 3 of the order dated 22.11.2022. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the paragraph No.3 in the order dated 22.11.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.17603 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20340 of 2022 shall read as follows:- " 3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the above condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.20340 of 2022 dated 26.08.2022 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two local sureties". It is made clear that the other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain intact."

4. Registry is directed to correct the order dated 22.11.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.17603 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20340 of 2022, as above and issue order copy a fresh.
