Crl.M.P.No.17443 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.17443 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.21879 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.15320 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21879 of 2022 by order dated 17.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15320 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21879 of 2022 by an order dated 17.10.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
