] The wife and the son of the accused are the eye witnesses and they narrated the incident occurred on the fateful day and also the evidence were produced before the Court. Therefore, we are not inclined to consider the petition.
2. The grounds raised are to be argued at the time of filing the Appeal. The petitioner has not established any prima facie case for the purpose of grant of suspension of sentence.
3. Thus, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
