This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to execute the Non Bailable warrant issued by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru by order dated 21.07.2025 in C.C.No.19682 of 2019 against the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2.
