This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent to register and investigate the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.11.2022 and investigate the same in accordance with law
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner 02.11.2022, First Information Report has been registered in Cr. No.497 of 2022 and hence the prayer in this petition has become infructuous.
4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
