ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw the HMOP No. 165 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Perambalur and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Attur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is living with her two children and filed a maintenance case before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Attur, in M.C No. 21 of 2023 against the respondent. Further, the respondent filed HMOP No. 165 of 2023 before the Family Court, Perambalur. Hence, the petitioner travels more than 44 kilometres to attend the case in HMOP No. 165 of 2023. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

3. Considering the above, the Family Court, Perambalur is directed to transfer HMOP No. 165 of 2023 to the Sub court, Attur. Further, the Sub Court, Attur is directed to dispose the case as expeditiously as possible after giving notice to the respondent.

4.In result, this petition is allowed. No Cost. Consequentially,

connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
