Govindammal v. The Government Of Tamilnadu,

M.S.RAMESH,J., On 12.10.2023 final order came to be passed in the present writ petition. The relevant portion of the order reads as follows:- "8. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 would submit that they are not able to serve the order to the 7th respondent and she is evading to receive the relieving order of transfer. It is made clear that the order of this Court is 24.07.2023 and even after three months, the 7th respondent has not chosen to obey the order of this Court and hence this Court is inclined to pass strictures against the 7th respondent and the 5th respondent/District Educational Officer, Mayiladuthurai District is directed to go and affix the said relieving order in the house of the 7th respondent and shall not allow to enter the Panchayat Union Primary School, Maruthur as she has not obeyed the order of this Court.

9. It is also seen that the petitioner has personal vendetta against the 7th respondent and it is 1/4

made clear that this petitioner cannot file a Writ Petition when she has been already retired from the school in the year 2016 and her daughter has also been selected and one way or the other they have difference of opinion she cannot be allowed to interfere with the administration of the school.

In this factual background, this Writ Petition is dismissed with costs of Rs.500/- to be paid to the Government Hospital, Mayiladuthurai as this petitioner has no right to file the Writ Petition because she is neither a person working in the school nor a person who has got any interest in the benefit of the students.

2. In this back ground, the writ petition has been listed today under the caption " for reporting compliance."

3. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the transfer 2/4

order, the petitioner has been relieved through relieving order dated 09.11.2023 and as directed by this Court, the relieving order was affixed in the residential premises of the seventh respondent, who is on Medical Leave, As such, the seventh respondent came to be relieved from the post of Headmistress in Panchayat Union Primary School, Maruthur, Kuttalam. The further direction was to the petitioner to pay cost of Rs.500/- which, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount has already been paid.

4. Since the order passed by this Court on 12.10.2023 has been complied with, no further is required to be passed in this writ petition. 20.11.2023 sr 3/4
