This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.1553 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a closure report has been filed as "mistake of fact" before the 9th Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet on 02.03.2018 in RCS No.05 of 2018.
