This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.24447 of 2022 on 06.10.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions regularly.

3. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had complied with the condition for four days. Subsequently, he suffered heart attack and thereafter, he was admitted in the hospital for angio and thereby, he was unable to appear before the respondent police. Therefore, he seeks for modification of the condition.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
