ORDER
The condition imposed by the Court while granting bail on 23.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.8517 of 2025 is sought to be relaxed. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is almost completed and the petitioners are regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court while granting bail.
3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8517 of 2025 dated 23.04.2025 is hereby relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month at 10.30 a.m., for period of three months, instead of reporting before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m.
