This Criminal Original petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to register an FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 06.11.2022. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint, an enquiry was conducted and it was found that no offence has been made out and hence, a closure report has been despatched to the petitioner on 20.12.2022. The acknowledgement for the receipt of the same was also produced before this Court. 3.

In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this criminal original petition and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in 2/4

accordance with law.
