Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Nagendra Prasad, the learned counsel representing Mr.E.K.Kumaresan, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition.
