The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police on instructions would submit that in Crime No.3 of 2022, investigation has been completed and final report has already been filed in C.C.No.929 of 2022 on 10.10.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Salem.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
