ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petition/appeal dated 11.11.2016 filed by the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Addl. Government Pleader appearing for the first respondents submitted that this petition has been filed based on the the Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 issued by Inspector General of Registration and the same has already been withdrawn on 20.10.2017 and therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned Addl. Government Pleader, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
