The learned counsel for the plaintiffs has submitted that the learned Advocate Commissioner has filed his report along with a sketch stating that the each of the plaintiffs are entitled to 1800 sq.ft in suit scheduled properties in Item Nos.3 to 5 into 4 equal shares and allot the plaintiffs 1 and 2 together 3600 sq.ft and give liberty to the plaintiffs to partition in schedule Item No.2 at a later date. She has also filed a memo to that effect.

3. The said memo is recorded.

4. Both the parties are directed to appear before this court on 31.01.2025 without fail.
