ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of this Writ Petition and also seeks liberty to the petitioner to challenge any rejection order that may be passed in the near future by the respondents with regard to the request made by the petitioner for appointment to the post of Village Assistant in the manner known to the petitioner under law. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement on the petition for withdrawal. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdraw and the above liberty as prayed for, is granted. There shall be no order as to costs.
