Learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks the leave of this court to withdraw the application. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the submission and the endorsement made, this application is dismissed as withdrawn and the defendants are permitted to produce the original copy during trial and in case they require the documents back, they may move the court for replacing the same with certified copies.

2. For trial to continue, the matter is directed to be listed before Additional Master IV on 04.01.2023.
