O R D E R

The petitioner has sought for further investigation in Crime No.819 of 2019 which has been registered for offense under Section 174 (3) of Cr.P.C.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that there is a suspicion with regard to his sister's death.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation under Section 174 (3) Cr.P.C. is in progress and that they would investigate the case in Crime No.819 of 2019 to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.

4. In my view, the petitioner's grievance is pre-mature and he has to wait for the out come of the investigation under 1/4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Section 174 (3) Cr.P.C and seeking permission for alteration of the offense at this stage may not be proper.

5. In the light of the above observation, there shall be a direction to the respondent/police to complete the investigation under Section 174 (3) Cr.P.C. in Crime No.819 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
