C.M.P.No.20507 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.126195 of 2022 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 87 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.126195 of 2022.

2.The learned counsel for the first respondent fairly submits that he has no serious objection to the delay of 87 days being condoned.

3.Though notice served on the respondent Nos.2 and 3, none appears before this Court.

4.In view of the above, the delay of 87 days is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same 'for admission'.
