Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining impugned order vide No.M-13/537/2024, dated 02.09.2024, passed by the 2nd respondent, and quash the same, and consequently direct the respondents to re-consider a fresh the proposal submitted by the petitioner institution for determination of fees structure for the academic year 20242025, 2025- 2026 and 2026 - 2027 for the 5 year B.A., LL.B and 3 year LL.B course in the petitioner institution, and fix the final fees structure, in light of the observation made by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in TMA Pai foundation case.

ORDER
When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present writ petition was filed, challenging the fee fixation order issued to the petitioner's institution. However, it is now submitted that a fresh Committee has been constituted, and therefore, nothing further survives in this writ petition. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.
2. Recording the same, the present writ petition is dismissed as 2/4
infructuous. However, the petitioner is given liberty to submit a fresh proposal before the Fee Fixation Committee in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions stands closed. 11.08.2025 ssi Index : Yes Speaking Order : Yes/No To:
