MANIMEGALAI [ RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT ] Appeal against the order made in IA.No.2497/2013 in OP.No.2209/2012 dated 29/06/2017 on the filed of learned III Additional Family Court at Chennai (in CMA.No.2706/2017)and (ii)To stay the operation of the order made in IA.No.2497/2013 in OP.No.2209/2012 dt 29/06/2017 on the file of learned III Additional Family Court at Chennai(in CMP.No.15159/2017) till final disposal of the present CMA.No.15159/2017.

Order : This appeal coming on for hearing on today upon perusing the petition of appeal, the order of the lower court, and the material papers in the case, and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SANKARAN, Advocate for the respondent/respondent and of appellant/petitioner not appearing either in person or by an advocate the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN,J.) This matter has been posted before this Court only for the purpose of extension of time as requested by the III Additional Principal Judge, III Additional Family Court, Chennai. While dismissing this Appeal on 10.01.2020, a direction was given by this Court to the Learned III Additional Principal Judge, III Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the Original Petition in O.P.No.2209 of 2012 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the Judgment.

2.Due to Pandemic situation, it seems that the matter could not be disposed and therefore, the Learned Judge has sought for three months time to dispose of the case by communication dated 23.03.2021. 3.It is evident that even as on date, the pandemic problem is not over. Therefore, it is appropriate to grant time till 31.10.2021 to dispose of the Original Petition in O.P.No.2209 of 2012. Call the matter on 01.11.2021.
