2. After recording the memo, this court directed the Registry to remove the names of the learned counsel for the appellants from the cause list by printing the names of the appellants and list the matter under the caption " for dismissal " on 08.04.2026.
3. Today, the second appeal is listed under the caption " for dismissal " by printing the names of the appellants in the cause list. However, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants, which shows that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the second appeal. The learned counsel for the respondents is present.
