This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24706 of 2022 dated 12.10.2022 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., and 05.30.p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
