ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents by relying upon paragraph No.3 of the counter filed by the official respondents would submit that the second respondent is willing to implement the order of the first respondent dated 04.08.2023, to carryout the necessary correction, deletion and addition in Revenue records in respect of S. No.66, No.22, Vagaiyur Village, Tittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District, which is the prayer sought for in this writ petition.

2. Since the respondents are willing to grant the prayer as prayed for in this writ petition, this Court directs the second respondent to carryout the necessary correction, deletion and addition in revenue records in respect of S. No.66, No.22, Vagaiyur Village, Tittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District in favour of the petitioner in terms of the order dated 04.08.2023 passed by the first respondent as prayed for in this writ petition within in a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. 12-12-2025
