Today, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner, but Mr.S.Vinoth Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Public Prosecutor is before this Court.

2. This petition has been filed to quash the final report in C.C.No.524 of 2015 for the offences under Section 420 IPC read with Sections 15(1)(3)(b) of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. 3.It is stated by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) that out of six witnesses, three witnesses have already been examined before the trial Court.

4.As the trial Court has already commenced trial and substantial part of witnesses have already been examined, it is within the domain of the trial Court to appreciate the evidence https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

tendered before it and come to a conclusion whether the evidence tendered before it constitute the offence for which the petitioner has been charged.

5. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to exercise the jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
