O R D E R

Alleging that the respondent police interfering in the civil dispute under the guise of investigating the complaint given by one Jayaraja, the present petition is filed to restrain the police from harassing. 2.

There is a civil dispute between the petitioners and the complainant. The respondent police is hereby directed not to interfere in the civil dispute and harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. If at all the presence of the petitioner is required, they shall cause summon and investigate the matter as per law. If the dispute is purely civil in nature, they shall scrupulously follow the guidelines issued by the Commissioner of Police dated 09.01.2024 in C.No.18/ADGP/Law and Order/camp/2024.
